Hope everyone feasts on the trainers . I on the other hand have no interest in them , but racers have become my all time favorite nike shoe , dethroning the air max 90 .

Funny you mention the AM90. Even though they dried up online I'm still seeing the Infrared Flyknit 90 sitting at several local malls. Hoping they have my size when and if they hit disco.

Knit material sneakers are slowly starting to dominate my rotation. Anything with traditional leather, nubuck, etc. has gotten placed on the back burner.

Knit material is amazing imo . It doesn't crease , it's light and breathable ,  is easy to clean and always comes out looking new . What's not to love ?

If you're talking about that garbage, limited edition soccer cleat they released to be "first", then fine. But Nike was first to the make a knit upper available to the public in large quantities.

I've seen them under $100.  When it comes to Racers, nobody can complain that Nike wasn't making enough anymore.  The Earth Tones were at least a little tricky, but at this point, Nike should just put Racers, Mariahs, or whatever they call them tomorrow on the shelf for a while and let demand build up again.  

Can't wait for the Trainers, and it would be nice if they someday brought back some Lunar Flyknit Chukkas too.

where the hell did you see them under $100? thats a no brainer unless you're talking about the other color ways then yes those were under $100 but I haven't seen MC anywhere near that

Also, Primeknit and Flyknit were both coming to market for the 2012 Olympics but Nike pulled a dirty move and filed an injunction on adidas saying they had a patent on knitted uppers for shoes and it really held up the release of primeknit by adidas. Courts said nah, tech's been around since the 1940s and adidas won and that's why we have both on the market now.

100% def not sales. Adidas is killing it in terms of year over year growth. But that's because Nike already king. Once you're at the top of the mountain, it's hard to go even higher
