fair is one word I wouldn't use. Honestly $400 is probably the actual cost for a ds pair in my size, can't say on size 10, isn't that the most popular size? Prices are gonna be on the rise soon though so it's really whether the price is fair to you. 

My rule of thumb is like if it's $50 more than what's it's worth to me, just do it.

i would say market price is 350-400... 470 is ____. up to you, i personally would not spend over 350 for a DS pair
