I never said that I expect great customer service but that they just DO THEIR JOB especially when there are only 3 customers in the store and 5+ employees on the floor...

I'm done with this so I wish everyone good luck on the release this AM...

So you expect them to keep up to the minute inventory when there are 5+ employees selling the same product? There might've only been 3 customers in the store at that time, but who knows how many pairs they moved in the minutes before your assistant got there. It was probably hectic as soon as people found out they got their stock in so I doubt the employees had time to constantly go into the stockroom to check the inventory. And I doubt they're reporting to each other what they sold. "Hey I just sold 3 size 10s so that leaves 6 left." That's just not gonna happen.
