Yeah man, I work in retail and I can tell you that helping customers on the phone is never a priority unless the store isn't busy. I would definitely check out the store for yourself.Going to all three Orlando outlets tomorrow morning. Will report back what's there. I never trust what the clerks say when calling the stores. Nothing against them, just not their top priority to help people on the phone. Understandable as it always frustrates me when people on a phone take priority when I'm standing in the store. Haha.
