I got the tech pants when they first came out in grey and black. Sized up to a medium (im 5-10, 155 pounds, athletic build) and they fit great however,  THEY STRETCH HARD!!!!!!  In the butt area, thighs and waist.  

They do shrink a lot when you wash them so you could do that if they stretch to much however, they just dont fit the same and in time stretch back out.

I personally bought a new pair (blue draw strings) in a size small. AT first they were pretty tight and looked somewhat like harden. But they have now stretched in a nice fit after about 3 weeks of good wear.

To sum it all up if your a first time buyer keep in mind they stretch a lot!!!!!!!!   along with they shrink like crazy.

(you can prevent shrinking by hand drying however you cant prevent stretching unless you dont wear them)

Nike Europe has them.  Check the country stores.  Most have them.

No one has them for less than retail without using a coupon code.  Most US sites don't have all colors that euro sites have.  Look at the sizing guide o Page 1 and links for places to purchase.

Nordstrom and Finishline both have them, as well.
