Disagree on the feeling like bricks. When you first put these on to ball they feel like nothing's there. Definitely lived playing in the 8s.

Whoa, if Kobe VIII's feel like bricks, then I don't know what could be considered a light weight shoe.
Picking up a box of Kobe VIII's, it almost feels like the box is empty. They have some issues, but weight isn't one of them.
