I agree, they are nice. But they are just a little too plain for me to justify the price. Even though I know full well the black/gold crisp smooth look is what the intent was and was achieved nicely. Just not something I have to have. Nice grab for yourself though.

Blue pair is the best I need those, pink is ok but the squadron green heel cup ruins it. Nike wouldn't do 2 seperate shoes unless it's in a pack. I'll keep the blue and flip the pink for a pair of sparks and mambacurials.

I agree the blue pair is flame! The nike logo and gradient midsole, and textured swoosh. Also the snake on the tongue is the full logo, it also has a galaxy vibe to it...goes to show the kobe 8 silhouette had so much potential

I can't believe the audacity of Nike. Why on earth would they make the "what the" line?? Don't they know that there's rules to the shoe world? Don't they know that you aren't allowed to do two different designs on one pair of shoes? How could they be so stupid. To break the shoe god's rule. Such idiots. How do they even have money? Just totally breaking rules like that.

And on that note, I just can't understand the "what the" line. Like, I'd cop them if they just took each individual design out of the idea and then made them into separate shoes like the blitz blues, mambacurial, blue lights, etc, but putting them all together? I don't understand that at all because then it just makes the shoe too busy with just too much going on. Almost to the point that someone would look at the shoe and go "What the?"

 looks like Green Glow (Pit Vipers) on the right and Crimson (YOTS aka Red Camo) on left shoe.

Will try for the WTK just cause I have the 7s. Hope it's not the BS What The release like Lebrons and KDs.

I wish there was a base similarity, that's what made the WTK 7 the best What The.

That's exactly what I said...Same color base, w/ different color symbols. That what makes the WTK 7 look the best outta the whole What The line...These here, and I'm a huge Kobe fan and love the 8's, but there is just way too much goin on. You can't even dress down w/ these and not look stupid

Milke Snakes and Pit Viper's just got delivered. Thanks again to @DreamTeamUSA  for letting us know when the MS was restocked at shoezoo! Still a little disappointed that of all my 8's, the Taipan's are the only ones I have the socks for.

Most of Kobe's stuff are NSW which are TTS, but some of his sweaters like the Therma-FIT it's mostly  polyester and I tend to size down like some of the Jordan gear stuff. For sure try it on.
