from a retail standpoint, why would an employee or manager care or not let you stack? If I could let someone do that and it wouldn't create issues for me ringing it up, hell yeah stack away

I need to start buying from FTL for that, but I always go with NDC when I can, free shipping I guess

I'm thinking the system won't allow them to do it . I have 2 $10 receipts so I'm going to try

Wore my purple fades on Bourbon Street last night. These have got to be top 3, if not the prettiest 8 c.w. in the series.

I rarely double up but I think I will before the year ends.

What do you guys suggest for cleaning my Kobe 8 Easters? I was thinking of buying one of those shoe cleaners from FootLocker or ShoePalace

Also I've been told by my all my friends that I'm crazy for wearing Easters in streetball, but hey, basketball shoes are meant for basketball....what do you guys think?

Personally I wouldn't wear my easters. I do think you should do whatever you want, no doubt. But for me personally Id play in a GR that is easier to replace rather than easters which are more hard to come by, not to mention that minty outsole looks like it'd get pretty hacked up on a street court.

I'm also not really able to ball in any kobes cuz I only play in kicks with superior lockdown/stability and I don't trust myself in low tops. That's just me.


But really, do what you want, they're you're kicks. I treat my rotation like they're classic cars, keep em spotless, take em out like twice a month to keep em in good working shape, make em last. I'd never run hoop indoor or outdoor in my kobes.

Found the shorts 1/2 off at a local FTL.  NDC isn't carrying them, but they have a similar style HERE.

Nike Heritage Pick Up Game Shorts are not your typical basketball shorts as they are more like sweatpants w/ an organic terry feel & a giant waistband.  Super comfortable shorts although they run large.

I workout in all my kobes if I know im gonna hoop I play in the sulphers or the volts I wear my gradients and elites to shootaround in and lift but they don't touch the outside ground just the gym floors. people say its weird but in a few years it will be well worth it. I got a pair of the 5's (home) and wish I would have cared about em. I wore em everywhere I still wear em now they are really beat up though.

Matching paint perhaps? There was another guy that had a similar problem but with his Christmas, I don't think he really found a solution.

I personally think the Kobe 8 has the best heel lockdown ever . Everyone out there does there own thing ...some ball in them, some collect them .  I believe in using them for what they were intended , but to each his own.   I do agree though

wearing them outside will kill the outsole !!!   Get a pair of GC or XDR for outdoor .
