Went to the mall to grab a bite to eat, went to Footlocker and forgot that the USA kicks dropped last saturday. Must say that I'm not a fan of the 8s in person. Feel like the cw is doing too much and the design too little. 7 > 8

A lad walked in the gym at scrimmage last night wearing the red Trey 5.
Said he just picked them up in a shop, not knowing what they were or that they are new (never mind not released yet).
Found it strange especially as I'm in the UK.
£95 he paid, seems very expensive.
I gotta say though that they look unreal.
Don't look like a cheap shoe. The mesh has a look of 2/3 colours and not just red. Almost had a shine to it.
Really want to get them but I feel that £95 price tag is bad.

I don't know what they would be for 190 possibly premium, possibly elite. but one would think the elites would be more than a $10 increase and I don't think there would be three premium colorways to go with the usuals: all star, christmas, aunt pearl. So I really have no clue.

Tryna force myself to like this shoe, but it's a dub. I might get the red pair, but that's about it so far. I don't even know what a WTKD would look like on this model.

First impressions after receiving and trying on the USA's from Nike today - And let me say I was very much looking forward to these knowing they combined flyweave with the full length zoom.
Tight squeeze - Mid to forefoot area is pretty tight. I don't consider myself to have very wide feet but they squeeze pretty good. Length is good at true size so sizing up to relieve the narrowness would only make the length too long.
Cushion - Doesn't have that step in bounce zoom feel even when trying on in the house unlike the original hyperrevs.
Colorway was also a bit underwhelming.
