Yeah, KD will be next LeBron in terms of pricing.
No surprise. The KDIV were so popular that the sales of his shoes went WAY UP. Anyone shouldve seen this coming when the IVs came out.

Kobes have stayed relatively stable in price from the ZKIII - Kobe 8 $130- $140.
And they have some of the most innovation and new tech IMO. Nike can keep the price point down if they wanted to. They don't want to and won't for the KD line despite what they said.
That's fair, I was just saying that Nike could keep the prices around the same if they wanted to. But like you said, dudes be buying 15+ pairs, why would Nike sell at a cheaper price when they're making all that extra?LeBron, Kobe and KD all have take down cheaper models. Keeping the price down is for children who may only get 1 pair a year. Sneaker collectors who have a issue with price is funny to me. Dudes buying like 15-20 pairs a year. Keeping the price down isn't for us. People getting priced out is making it easier for me to get what I want. That's the positive. I'll pay the increase to avoid the hassle.

It will be interesting to see how nike uses the dynamic fit collar in a basketball shoe. I have a pair of superfly 4 soccer cleats that has the dynamic fit collar and i really dont' feel too much of an impact with it. I still don't see why this wouldn't be a natural progression to the Kobe line. Like make a high cut tight upper for the next kobe. Why jack up the KD price for this tech when you already have a high cut flyknit shoe in the kobe
Besides, Nike will make a killing by retroing the Kobe line and Lebron is more for support, and Kyrie is going to be the cheaper signature for a bit.Cause KD is gonna be around a lot longer than Kobe.

Still wondering who will get their signature first between PG13 and Harden
Man that would be tight, but I hope they don't stick him with a crappy air max model that looks like a team shoe. It's hard to sell a big man. They should be grooming AD for next. Imagine the marketing ideas with the Brow.

unveiling would probably be a couple weeks ahead of time (maybe like 1-3), not months
So the first colorway releases on late june. But there will be an unveiling event some months earlier, like they did with the AJ XX9?
I forgot what they did with the KD7 on this schedule.
But they can't do an unveiling event too early if they're trying to push the Elite series.
Last year wasn't it the last week of june? IK it was after the WTKD.
