Cushioning is much better on the VI Elite. This model has big plastic pieces in the heel and lateral side that prevent the zoom from compressing (which means no cushion).

i think its safe to say all colorways will go on sale180.00-200.00 MSRP and that elongated heel turned a ton of folks off.
Now performance wise they're exceptional . That full length articulated zoom is great.
Anyone think the BHM colorway will hit sales prices?
