They modified the procedure and although the official rules still state to e-mail, it is no longer needed. All you have to do is click for the access code.

It wont let you enter more than once on the same IP address. Once you try it says, you entered already.
Easy to get around, I'm sure most of us know that.

Im sure if nobody who is currently on NT wins, somebody who does win will join NT the day the winners are release and do one or combination of these:
1. Gloat
2. Try to sell them.
3. Write an essay of how they are happy they won the shoes.
4. Post memes posing with the shoes if they get them before initial release or post their winning email.
