for more than a decade the BWs was the number 1 air max shoe here in europe

till nike brought back the AM90s in 2001, that was the beginning of the end from the BW

the AM90 got very popular here and also with the upcoming popularity for the AM1 it deff took away the demand for the BWs

and cuz they are not selling so well anymore nike have decided to take the plug out of the BWs

starting now on from this year, the BW died in silence

  they only gonna release them in 1 or 2 cws

and you cant buy them instore anymore only online if you wanna purchase a pair

coming back to the OG marina sample, there is still a posibillity that they will get released

i havent seen pics from the size tag but when i took the pics from the ebay listing they were

also listed with a style code, and most samples not all of them

what contains a style code likely will get released in the near future

Truth spoken amd. The quality of the bws have been junk as well. Bought the white/emeralds last year and the comfort was non-existent. Since the demand is much lower these days nike should focus on og cws with nice quality,lesser quantities and i guess 10-15 dollars more would be reasonable if its well made.

Ultras are fine but I hope they do OG Marinas and Persians with some decent quality next year.

the persians are deff coming back, its either the end from this year or the beginning from the next year

no any confirmed info yet about a possible release for the marina jades

my advice for nike is that they should bring back the Stash, the wmns & mens USA's, the Atlanta USA and the Paris Subway cw

to boost up the image from the BW Classics, so that the shoe can gain some more popularity

and hopefully what more interest from the sneaker consumers what can lead to some improvement in their sales

Lol i remember buying the persian bw retro in early 2000's and waiting like 6 years to wear um.

Needless to say on the first wear the paint on the midsole flaked off like a weak fall leaf

In! Can never have enough of the Persians. Didn't grab the vintage pair because they fit weird to me, so hopefully these are more true to usual Nike sizing.

Yeah I was gonna post that pic just now. Right up my alley with that tan colorway. Evertime I think I've successfully given up Nike they get me back with something. Concord BWs, those tan leathers, Mowabbs, etc, and if they drop the Teal OGs I'm all over them

next year is the 25th anniversary from the AM Classic BW & the AIR 1 8 0 hopefully Nike will treat us

with some special and limited cws like what they did with the 90s and 95s this year

the BWs was a very popular shoe back in the 90s, Nike need to bring it back in his old glory

and give the BWs the shine what it deserves, since the AM90s came out the shoe got degraded from A list status to D list status

AMD on point with the European AM knowledge here. I remember BWs being everywhere in the UK throughout the 90s. They were my first exposure to exposed air and I've been an addict since.

Remember a really nice leather cw similar to the one above but darker leather back in 05 I think it was, would like too see something like that as well as the OG cw's

Those actually look kinda nice. Id have to see them in person and see the materials and quality though. Just not a fan of hyperfuse type versions of OGs. Makes the shoe look/feel cheap to me
