They need to put in a ton of plays where he checks down or takes a 4-5 yard completion to a receiver. He can’t throw downfield accurately

there were plays DJ Moore would be open in short crossers but Caleb wants to hit the home runs. Gotta take what they give you sometimes

He’s now required to make pocket passes in the pros and he ain’t consistent enough. All that running around is impossible when all the DLs are 300+ and run 4.7 40s

Give dude some zone read and short passes. They should have an offense similar to Miami. Quick passes, get the ball out fast
