It’s straight up incompetence. Was shaping up to be a really good 2 min drill outside of that first bad throw, and Harbs completely killed it. You have 2 timeouts. It’s literally the entire point of making sure you have them in order to call one in a situation like that instead of having to rush a 3rd down play that ends up being a check down.
Been happening for years now with him though unfortunately.
