I picked up Bradshaw, but I have to see him in a game before saying he's the upgrade we sort of envision from a pass-catching standpoint. Yeah he broke his leg, but if his workout was so good why were the Colts able to sign him Oct. 13? Probably and theoretically - definite help to Indy's RB issues.
How's his pass-blocking if anybody knows off hand? Teams with terrible OL can always benefit from tight ends/RBs that can block well or chip on their way out on a route.
didn't someone meet up with Buc Em? maybe LTB
I think it dropped but spiked back up iircI thought youth football numbers were down a decent amount. I could be mistaken though. It will certainly be a long term effect, NFL and football aren't going away soon
You're right this is definitely helping keep the sport afloat, until another sport can rise to take its spot which I think is possible in the long term because anything can happen in the long term but it won't be anytime soon thats for sure.
I used to think the NFL would have trouble in the future but I just dont see it anymore.
These CTE stories and the doc only feel like minor blips on the radar.
That Will Smith movie will almost be surely buried when it drops ( I think it also drops around Star Wars at that)
Kids with limited means will still take their chances of going to the next level via a Football Scholarship and a potential draft pick.
None of these stories have decreased the popularity of the game, at the end of the day we are all still here invested.
Sure, some of us will say we wont have our kids play, that doesnt seem like enough to swing the pendulum though
I think there is a chance of the league completely faltering by making it less physical/rule changes (an assumption because I dont even know what changes would actually look like if they were forced down that road)You're right this is definitely helping keep the sport afloat, until another sport can rise to take its spot which I think is possible in the long term because anything can happen in the long term but it won't be anytime soon thats for sure.

I just have a feeling this sport may not stand the test of time unless the way its played at least physically is completely changed.
No chance my kid plays football, insane
Nice to see Nowinski doing his thing though
When/if I have a male child he's working his *** off to become a kicker/punter.thought i would never say this but i totally agree. when i have they are not playing football.
