ODB is top 10. Julio, AB and AJ are ahead of him. Dez belongs but he's out so I won't include him. I guess you could argue him in the top 5. I would have to see stats and stuff.

The thing is, I don't think NFL teams see Ray Rice as any better than the average replacement level RB on any roster.

And considering his last NFL performances, they're probably right.
