Weed should be allowed in the NFL. Got grown men pounding other grown men for 17 straight weeks. Lil bud helps them recover and deal with the pain from being pounded.

Honestly though...if you're a Lions' fan blaming the refs on this. Grow up.

Yeah, they made a mistake...you know who else made mistakes?

+ Detroit's offense for not doing anything all night until the last 3 mins

+ Calvin fumbling on the one yard line

+ Detroit was beat in Total Yards, Yards per Play, TOP, 1st Downs

I understand it would be frustrating to be a Lions' fan this morning...but, if we can't expect our teams/players/coaches to be absolutely perfect while doing their jobs, how can we expect officials to be perfect? Hold your team accountable.

No doubt Calvin shouldn't have fumbled :lol but the ref still blew it.

The situation is as big as it is because it was a nationally televised game and it involved Seattle.

We all know if it was a Jags (sorry fans) game at 1PM Sunday it wouldn't be blown up.

Ref blows game and people saying "grow up." :rollin :rollin :rollin :rollin

Let me catch any of you fools slippin' about refs later this season. Better not see a single "refs :x " or complaint.

It seemed most Lions fans did both. It isn't a one or the other type deal

Always so B&W with NT

Just like Calvin said after the game, don't let the refs decide the game. Simple as that. He took the blame for his fumble. No fumble, no botched call.

But the refs decided the game, so Megatron can miss me with that BS.

Russell "Turnovers in Prime Time" Wilson gave them that game. :{

Lions could've won last night but Stafford was moving that offense worse than Forrest Gump could :lol

I blame Kam more than I blame CJ for the fumble. That was just a hell of a play,if Kam came a second or two later it would've been 6.

One of the best plays I've ever seen. That Kam play is so damn ridiculous on so many levels. I don't blame Calvin at all. He's two inches away, reaches over and would have scored if it was anyone other than Kam back there.

Ref was right there, saw the play. He has to make that call. That's terrible. He needs to be suspended and fined. Can't miss a huge call like that. Wright hits the ball out clearly.

this thread jumped, I would have thought the Seahawks got a gift last night or something

Kam get paid this upcoming offseason?

Seattle's defense and special teams have scored 51 of their 87 points this season. :x

That o-line vs. Cincy next week. :x

How popular are boxing and MMAin comparison to football?

The NHL takes this kind of thing very seriously now though, they just suspended a dude for half the season due to a head hit from last season. They'll come down hard on you now since they can't be giving out billion dollar settlements like the NFL

Torres got suspended for his hit from Saturday night. He had it coming as this was his 4th (I think) targeting incident since the league cracked down.

As far as the NFL...they're doing what they can to make the game safer. However, I think there is an assumed risk that's involved with anyone who decides to play. There may have been some ignorance to this back in the day when the studies on brain damage etc. weren't as in depth, but for every parent who won't or doesn't want their kid to play, there are probably 10 more who will.

Trent Richardson is working out for the #Bills today, source said. Two key injuries necessitated it
