similar happened to me. As soon as I got through captcha, I got sold out. Refreshed a few times and they took me to the shipping then payment page. After I hit pay, that damn circle spun forever, so I refreshed and order went through for 998smanual checkout on the 998. final payment processing page, and was notified it was sold out; backspaced and it was there again and payment went through.. dumb luck. luckily I have no interest in the 992 model, so I didn't even try.
I think the last manual pick up I had were the 997 united arrows.

i feel 1300s fit true and 998s fit big so i go .5 down in 998s

Kith oddly pulled the product page for the 998 right after the drop which caused a lot of errors. I had both in cart going to check out and the 998 sold out in the middle of checking out. I had to go back to reconfirm and then the 992 sold out. I was able to eventually checkout the 998 when they reloaded the product. typical shopify drop, nearly impossible manually unless you are lucky.

Managed to get the 997LBH for about ~ $55, the one caveat was it was at Shoe Palace’s potato of a website during a restock of AJ1 Royal toes. Both showed up yesterday.

You can open case with PayPal if Dover does not fix the issue as price was advertised as discount.
