Cut it out on a couple pairs I wear casually, kept one pair with it intact if I ever do need to use em as swim trunks. Wearing w/ lining and underwear is a bit uncomfortable for me.

jerseysauce patagonia baggies are pretty much just nylon swim trunks so they have a lining/netting that's elasticized around the crotch and thighs. But I and many others like them a lot for casual wear so it's easy to cut it out for a little bit more freedom.
