Official New Balance Thread *sizing info for different models on first page*

It's a difficult time to sell just about any sneaker. Even Yeezy prices are dropping. And we are NB GR fans in here so it's like 20 x tougher. I sold a pair of eqt 93-17 boost on Stock X. They fee you to death but it was enough over retail to where i made some cash. And they make it crazy easy (Free seller shipping now so might be time to jump). There is ebay. Local folks you know. FB groups, although I've never sold anything on there. The thing I'm coming to a realization with NB is just be prepared to sell way under retail on even DS pairs unless they are the few wanted collabs. Probably the best solution is stop buying wear what you have when it gets beat chuck um, donate some pairs (good Karma) and any collab you got that is DS that will at least get your money back sell.

I hear you. Really conflicted about selling but most pairs are just sitting in boxes. I dont even think I would be trying to get back what I paid.

Found these at my Local Nordstrom Rack .. definitely some heat that passes through from time to time

Last week I was at a Nordstrom Rack and saw tons of miUSA pairs of NBs. All GRs but all super cheap ($50-$70 range). Would have picked up had I seen anything I wanted so it's definitely worth a try, even if just to see what bargains they've got!

On a different note here's a random question. Does anyone in here happen to have experience with drastic weight loss and sneaker sizes changing as a result?

I've been eating better and running everyday for a few months and as a result I've dropped about 20 months in the last few months. I'm hoping to drop another 30-40 pounds over the course of the rest of this year but I'm wondering if I should hold off on breaking out brand new, unworn pairs. I've noticed that some kicks that used to feel snug are starting to feel slightly looser than before. I do have wide feet (they look like pancakes according to my wife). My only fear is that if I were to lose weight that my feet would shrink in width thereby making all my current shoes unwearable.

I know it's an absurd and highly specific question but if anyone else has any fatboy sneakerhead chronicles I'd really appreciate it.

I've personally been back and forth and I do notice shoes going from snug, to looser, and unfortunately back to snug lol. For me it was width, I never really lost length. I will say, there was a guy on Instagram who is like 3f_training (I think). He was selling off a bunch of his Curry shoes because he said they don't fit him anymore do to his weight loss. He said he lost length and width. I haven't been on his Instagram in quite some time though.

It happens with large weight fluctuations. I actually went from a 10-10.5 years ago after getting to my current weight. A good example is a pregnant woman.  Gain a lot of weight and feet get massive.

My local Racks have been getting quite a few GR 998 and 997s but nothing like those Keith's. I do see the occasional heat but usually in smaller sizes.

I do have a Rack that gets a very decent amount of pretty nice clothes. I've bought tons of APC, Acne, Wings + Horns, and Reigning Champ there on the low. It's funny cause the area it's in doesn't seem to really fit with that kind of clothes. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one buying their stuff.

Of course my Rack didn't have the RF but I grabbed 997csp for 70. Mainly because it was such a flawless pair and was pretty impressive on feet
