In addition to the concerns about customs charges, another reason to be careful about pre-ordering is that it's possible for the store to not receive the size you ordered. I had this happen with Hanon a while back. They provided a full refund, but I'm very hesitant to pre-order now.

sniper, never cared for the orange. i remember back in the day after missing out on the original drop, a lot of people wanted to sell them as a set. a lot of guys were stuck with orange because people like me only wanted to buy their mints lol. i felt like i was overspending at $300, but i really wanted them. i wanted a 2nd pair as a backup cuz i figured these would dirty up bad eventually, but the lowest i could find was a little over $350. i said forget it. i just saw a pair on ebay sell for over $500. it's crazy how much NBs have gone up in price. so many pairs i waited on i cant even afford any more. it's ridiculous. it's the only reason i dont blame guys for buying up all these garbage new releases with awful shapes. although if i was in their position id probably save my money by holding off on many of them and apply it toward an older pair.

^Haha! I think that's why I got them for so cheap. Made a bit of profit on them, but I still want yours. But yes, prices have hit quite a peak. At $350 in this current day, I'd still bite at those. $500, not so much. Regardless, gorgeous pair!
