NB 1290 - liked how they looked and figured it would be lame to say i was "into New Balances" and only be copping retros. These are made in the USA, well constructed but the suede is definitely that air max 1 non-premium suede. i like the insoles, these are also very light and seem to be very comfortable

I went half size down from my TTS as suggested by a few folks on here and the seals fit perfect.

I'm def not the person for this, but would anyone like to do a list of size differences for the models?

I'll give you a run-down of mine. My 1400's, 999's, and 993's are a 12 (and they all fit comfortably snug- i'm a true 12.5-13). My 998's are a 13 (too big and a little narrow) and my 580's are a 13 and fit well). I wear a 12.5-13 in adidas and Jordan. In Nikes, im typically a 13 (especially air maxes and dunks/forces)

Here's a breakdown of NB sizing for me:

574 (made in Asia) - 11
574 (made in UK or USA) - 11.5
575 - 11.5
576 - 11
577 - 11.5
580 - 11
670 - 11 or 11.5 (varies depending on the pair)
996 - 11 or 11.5 (varies depending on the pair)
997 - 11
999 - 11
1300 - 11
1400 - 11
1500 - 11

If you're looking to buy online I'd say Crooked Tongues would be your best bet. Hanon doesn't specify whether or not they'll be selling them online.

if youre in the the US though you might as well pay a US reseller though rather than buying overseas. retail prices for the 990s are crazy. 160 pounds, 180/200euro.
at least in canada it's $180 canadian.
another shop in canada appears to have sold early. only a 13 left on their webstore.
