graphics wise, the game is damn near maxed out

how can it possibly be maxed out when it's just the 2nd yr on the next gen and you have games out here on different engines cooking with real faces? hell, LA noire was last gen and it had the real look to it. Can't say memory of the disk, the ps4 disk is HUGE and just barely filled with gta v on it, so I know this games holds hardly any weight. graphics still look weaker than whatever live puts out.

I dont even know what that means lol. maybe they mean their skills to make it look better are maxed out? Because, until it's like watching real people, it can ALWAYS look better.
