Tendencies/personality yeah there's going to be more to it. "Can't be controlled" screams insert cutscene to make that game more suspenseful/thrilling.

Aye if that flagrant foul thing is on some scripted **** like in FIFA, Im going to be mad. Imagine if you doing work with the dude and the game wants to make it a close game so the next time you go for a block on a driving dude, you get a flagrant 2. I hope not. :x
