I hated Trae like you BIG LEEMELONE at one point , but i'll reserve my judgment till after summer league.

In perspective, here are some past players fg% in the summer league...

Curry 33%
Rose 29%
Lebron 37%
Durant 33%

Meanwhile players like Nate Robinson, Donte Green, Anthony Randolph, Adam Morrison straight dominated.

Whatever your feelings are for any of these guys, shouldn't be swayed or determined by summer league. It's nice to see them play in a semi pro setting, but perspective.

Summer league can reveal a lot, especially when you're as bad as young is. Being good in SPL doesn't matter, neither is being bad. But when you're dirt poor that's a red flag. If he struggles against Simons, that's really a red flag. I'm expecting him to continue his struggles against the knicks and bulls, but if he still looks bad against a high school guard..man
