Nah Bruh I don’t care what the Jazz were thinking or going to do. Hood is a 6’8 shooter that can score in other ways and defend multiple positions. He is the steal in that trade.

Nah, I completely agree that he's a plus rotational player for any team in the league. But people in here flip flop on "moar help" or these guys aren't going to help the Cavs. Just trying to keep the narrative consistent.Yes they were, but it's not like he's some scrub (bballkid11
). He's a 25 year old capable scorer and defender that has had injury issues throughout his career. There are definitely risks to be had with him, but I don't see how anybody could doubt that he isn't a valuable player when healthy. Would be a rotational piece for every team in the league.

Completely disagree with that. He was the least perceived to be available. Smallest contract and years of control make him a great asset. Teams just saw Clarkson as a "bad" contract so they didn't want to take him.

IMO, an example of Bron getting "moar help" would've been if they could have got BPG or something like that. A perennial all-star that directly helps go head to head with GSW. What the Cavs did was upgrade their role players, which will definitely help them be a better team than what they were earlier this season, but doesn't put them on the next tier with GSW and HOU.
