I already like this new replay rule. At least the refs don't have to make an immediate call and can wait until they see the replay. 

That doesn't mean they'll always make the right call, but it helps.

Agreed especially since they feel pressured to call flagrants from time to time, this almost totally eliminates that

Kobe comes off a screen, catches at the elbow, one dribble, score. as long as he doesn't start jacking up threes he has a good chance of shooting 50% this year

edit- and he just did again he should be much more efficient now that he doesn't have to worry about setting up teammates
