I feel bad for the fans that paid hundreds to see that everyone else can get over it. Someone should explain to Girardi that Marte is the lefty specialist andnot Coke. Can't use Marte for more than 2 hitters otherwise he's terrible. Hope I don't see a repeat performance tomorrow when i go to the stadiumfor the first time.

I think the rest of the match ups in this series favor us, we almost never hit lefties.

Veras hasnt been very good so far and I dont know what happened with Marte, he has been pretty good in his career. Besides Mo the only other relievers I trustare Edwar and Bruney. I really with we would have signed Juan Cruz when he was available.

Other than Swish, the bench is:

Jose Molina: great catcher but terrible hitter
Ramiro Pena: never has seen Major League or AAA pitching
Cody Ransom: he can hit for distance but otherwise hasn't hit very well. Grounding out with the bases loaded to end the inning today was brutal.
Melky Cabrera: a so-so hitter

Our bench is Jose Molina, Melky Cabrera and Ramiro Pena, if you want to get technical. (Matsui DH, Swisher in RF from now on because of the injuryto Nady)

Molina is a great backup catcher, but this a weak bench.
