Official Mitchell and Ness Thread: Jerseys, Hats, Shirts, Shorts, Questions POST EM UP

Dope video. The white lines on the side of the jersey is cuz the jersey is a sublimation print (which is why the inside is all white when you flipped it over) Basically they just take the white mesh and make a digital print over the whole thing then add on the tackle twill numbers etc. that's why with most items that have fades or multiple colors when you look real close you'll see the white background

Thanks for clarification. Just think they could've went a few millimeters more on the seam to hide the white to give it a cleaner look but overall I'm happy with the jersey. Thanks for watching guys!

^ so basically it's made cheaper than it should be if I'm reading it right. That's messed up man

Warriors shorts def being copped & then waiting to see whats new this spring on the short side.

I'd love some Sixers shorts / White Bulls

M&N kinda slow wit they shipping confirmation on my shorts. Ordered Monday afternoon. They usually pretty quick wit shipping out in the past...

Kinda in a way. It's waaaaay more expensive to do all that artwork as a screen print on the mesh and there's no guarantee that art will come out as good and might just be a waste of a screen with the multiple colors they have to do to achieve certain fades etc. sublimation print is expensive off the bat but better cuz you're digitally dying the fabric so all the colors/logos etc come out correct. Esp when you're doing high volume numbers. The white area is always gonna show based on measurements. If you have the Suns shorts you can see what I'm talking about esp where it bunches up around the waist.

i find that hard to believe (not saying ur wrong). i initially bought large and they were significantly smaller than i like my shorts to fit. i have pajama/lounge shorts that are longer than the sz L i had gotten. i wish i could try them on. may just have to go with 2xl then. i'm scared to go xl

I feel like you'll be good in terms of length with XXL
thx for ur input. that's what i was thinking. i'll probably go with the 2x

I'm 6'1 178 and sz L is perfect for me. Honestly though, I rather my shorts fall slightly above knee cap, so if you looking for extra length, sizing up may be best....I would go to an XL though, doubt u want your shorts looking like this

i could deal with that if that's what it takes to get the right length. i'd rather them look like that then too be too skinny and not long enough like the L

Just an FYI to all of that, the shorts length does not change no matter what size you get. Only the waist size does

not really true, i got an XL in the white magic shorts and they were hella short imo compared to all my XXLs.

I've had M and S and I'd say those 2 looked the same to me in length

Also, their size chart shows that the inseam stays the same throughout sizes

I made the same comment a while back but someone pointed out that the rise differs. That adds length to the shorts. I'm sure someone can better explain it

good video, thanks.

the 96 all star from 2012 was also made in china btw

Yeah I checked you're correct that was Made in China. I knew one of the All-Star jerseys had transitioned between USA and China. The 1985 I have is Made in USA. Perhaps later copies of that were made in China?

Anyone know of a place in the Bay Area that puts in pockets for the M&N shorts? I took it to my local tailor and they wouldn't do it....

Very happy with the '96 MJ AS jersey. From a fit perspective, it's a little roomier than the '96/'97 Finals.
