I sense Meek's time is quickly dwindling. I honestly didn't even think it would last this long but when u wife up Nicky like that in that fashion he obviously felt like he arrived.
Peaked out too quick...
Schea Cotton
He hurt himself when he did that bid, his anticipation was huge before that. He also took to long to drop a project when he
had major songs on the radio. Like you I'm also surprised he lasted this long, and was able to create the hype songs that
he did. He needs to go the Chris Brown route and just release banger after banger if he has it in him and just be accepted
on the low.
Not sure he has it anymore, there is just to much negative attention surrounding him, Unless he can channel it and get
really creative and selective with his beat choices it's going to be hard. Calling out ghostwriters also wasn't a smart
choice, now nobody's going to feel comfortable working with him.
He can't push "R.I.C.O" as a second single, so what now just leave the project dead in the water or push another Nicki
single to the masses? He realizes he hurt myself, imagine what RICO would have done for him right now.
Also I was at Made in America tour and couldn't believe he was playing other peoples songs during his performance
time. I've never heard any mainstream artist do that to hype the crowd. I mean you were on the main stage, and
you choose to play another artist that is actually performing next on your set???? Future damn sure didn't play Meek's
music and rocked the crowd. Everybody I came with was pretty confused by that, like you don't have songs to hype the
crowd?
It's really going to come down to the quality of the music he drops next. He's bringing to much negative energy
and letting the internet mess with his head. Stay off instagram and twitter!
