Respect it for what it was. @WiltChamerlain said something so true, it's just cool to hate on Meek right now. The album gave me the chills. This album pushed hip-hop forward. I think it challenged the next artist to be better. Always a plus.

This is how they want it to be. I'm beginning to see that he's trying to send a purpose and passion with his rants, like with the Chinx one, but he needs to put that in his music.

DWMTM is a certified classic hip-hop album in my book. Meek could have easily tanked but he didn't. Solid album. And to be honest he may have the best album this year. He didn't change his style and go completely commercial and he's winning! Kudos to Meek. The casual fans (and a bunch of silly memes) decided Drake won the most relevant hip-hop beef this year. Meek's snap at the Philly show was better than both of Drake's "diss tracks". No knock on Drizzy. He hasn't shown to be much of a battle rapper, may not be his forte.

The realest thing I've heard regarding the entire beef is 40 Shebib said when you are getting paid to make music, it would be wise to consult others to get the music perfected. But there is something very untrill about being called the best of your generation and having a ghostwriter. Especially in your prime.

Dude who had done beats for Meek asked him for 5k cause he had a kid on the way. It was weak of dude to ask for a handout like that but to put it out for the world to see was wack. That's some **** you keep to yourself, if you look at the screenshot Meek had been ignoring the dude anyway, might as well have kept it that way.

I never saw this before.

The unfortunate part of "making it" or being famous with money is you'll have to deal with a lot of people that have their hands out.  It's just a part of life, you can just choose to say no or ignore them if you feel they aren't someone worthy of helping.  You don't have to clown anyone that might already be down.

The way Meek handled it was weak.

You need to listen to more music if you think Meeks album is a classic. Dreamchasers 1 & 2 are much better than this album and theyre not even classics. Meek album aint even in the top 10 album/mixtapes from this year

Yeah that happen awhile ago..We talked about it on here and I thought it was another producer he was beefing with..Conway definitely played a part in meek career early on though..Conway produced some of the best songs on flammerz 1 and 2. But here is both of them talking about the situation on a philly radio station back when it happen..meek in classic form for like the first 5 min so I warn some to just fast forward to the 5:00 min mark..lol

I think meek makes some great points but you know..he's can't be the one to say them..just like when dame says things he can't be the one either..They come off too aggressive and unapologetic for some..people want k.lamar or j.cole to say things because it looks and sound better coming from them..

Pac and NWA was just as ignorant and flawed as meek and dame dash so I ask myself would they in this era be dismissed like they are..

Why is this man not performing his own songs instead of telling his DJ's to play a bunch of other artists songs?

Who really pays money for a ticket thinking "yeah, I can't want to see Meek vibing on stage to other artists songs"??

This is ridiculous. I get it when bands play their own rendition of another artists song that's really hot at the time, but they're essentially remixing a song for their fans.

But just asking your DJ to press play? I'll never understand this...
