Yes, they're spec ops issue. Mine, pictured, is the proper camelback version. Didn't know they did another, maybe its the same but with the branding removed, or a replica as you say. There's also some difference in lack of velcro and placement of molle.

Damn fine looking one you got there though, and if it's got all the same pokets inside etc that this one has you got yourself a nice bag.
