This game a a GREAT MAJORITY of the players are pure garbage at the bottom of a landfill. The exploits are sickening.

You have to pick your poison with most people. They'll run 5 plays the whole game.

3 are out of one formation. This one guy ran with the 49ers. I either had to choose to stop Frank Gore, Vernon Davis or the two other wide outs he had set up next to Vernon. It was quick pass banaza along with a money crossing route with Vernon. I can stop each one but I can't cover what the CPU knows is coming. They just stand there. Not to mention at one point I was up 17-14. Got a pick in my opponents touchdown and I freaking held R1 but I still fumbled just a few second later with the ball laying in the endzone for his O-Line to pick up and score.

This game isn't football. Its simulation NFL street/Blitz. Yes its better than 10/11 but that's not saying a whole lot.

Sounds like you're playing the lower-ranked guys... 
Which isn't a bad thing, but usually the level 1-3 dude's win by luck or stupid plays like you described.

Keeping winning, and get your level up. 

After a while, you'll run into dude's like me who'll play you straight up. 

I do have my money plays, but sometimes they won't work and well you have to try other plays that will.

Average runningbacks looking like Barry Sanders x walter payton is a joke. surprise onside kicks are a joke. I played this dude online and all he did was squib kick the ball, it would hit my TE or FB on the head and bounce back to him every time.

So, I sold it.
