THE PLATS ARE NOT A QS. SOLE UP STATED IT WAS A MISTAKE. THEY EVEN HAD THE PLATS LISTED AS "ELITE" UNTIL SOMEONE TOLD THEM IT WAS A MISTAKE. THEY CORRECTED THEMSELVES.
