You'll have to send back and remake. Rep was being an a-hole. Some cases they'll let you keep and wear current pair until new pair arrives.How did you contact nike to get them to remake your pair? I am having the same issue with my pair and started a chat with customer support, after sending them a picture the representative says that is the way the shoe is supposed to be, i tell him that is impossible (strands supposed to be broken??) and then he says that since it is a "custom built" shoe that they will not remake them.
