Is the base "deep royal"?
Is the bootie "team red"?
And the Hyperposite wings "Team Red" too?

I'm a bit confused, because I expected the colors to turn out way darker.

even though i ordered a few pairs of X elite iDs a few years ago, i just cant fathom spending that much money for 1 iD today. even though i have some great X elite iDs, i still wanna slap myself for paying that much.
nike has truly gone mad and i for one will never pay that much for an iD ever again

Yes the medial swoosh is in fact University Red. Everything is on point.

Back then I think we were more willing to spend on an iD for a few reasons...the first Elite that was available on iD. And even though it doesn't justify the increase, Nike was at least still giving us carbon fiber on the Elite, instead of lame TPU that chips during transit.
Also it was almost impossible to make a bad CW on the Elite X. So many great options and colors, plus the Max Zoom Air. The X overall was a better shoe IMO and the Elite iD just lent itself to great designs. That and Nike's pricing across the board didn't seem as "slap in the face" as it does today ($275 Elite, JB $190+, LBJ $200+).

Anybody got pics of the glow in the dark outsole on the elite? Can't preview with glow on anymore apparently. Trying to remember how greenish it gets.

Oregon Elite Glow in the dark. Lace Lock doesn't glow at all, and the glow posite doesn't glow as strong as the sole/laes/swoosh/speckle. I still love them.
