I agree, went ahead and copped myself with a $20 FTL reward.....had to go to 2 FTL to finally get my size...1st FTL i went to was already out of the size i needed and the 2nd location only had one 9.5 left......not exactly sure of the size run, seems a lil more limited than some of the others imo

What makes you think it's a scam? It's normal to have a low starting bid and BIN price. Seller is taking a risk by enticing potential buyers with that starting bid. BL can be had for $160 or less, seller gotta price to sell if he doesn't want to be stuck with them.
