Flyknit basketball shoes =/= Flyknit runners. It kinda defeats the purpose of having Flyknit when there's a layer of Hyperfuse under it.

USW, players do but I clearly stated I wear braces and the em versions are too flimsy to with hold the force I put into them, what happend in the em was that my foot came off the footbed too far due to the stretch that the sole of the 9s became like standing on the side of a brick popped on that particular side if I hadn't had a brace on it would have easily broke my foot. Now for those lucky players with strong cankles by all means ems are legitWhat college you play for?
Everyone rolls their ankle its basketball ( lateral motion)
Chuck Taylor. I'm not quite middle aged yet, but I've played in them. Not exactly high-tech.
You guys are toooo technical, its basketball. Rolled ankles, cuts, elbows are all par for the course. It has zero to do with the shoe you have on, todays athlete plays in a far superior shoe than 10 yrs ago but the same injuries have always occurred.
Finally someone gets it lolyou gonna roll your ankle in playing basketball regardless,,LOW,MID,HIGH or boots type of basketball shoes
Nike has made too many options for the consumer and Nike basketball isnt as good as its been in recent yrs.Was down in the Bay this weekend and they had these everywhere.
Why are the XIs sitting is my question?
shoe science has stated the severity of ankle injuries are far less severe when caused in a low than a mid or a high outriggers play a part so yeah unless you come down on someone's foot shoe design does play a roll but I already stated for me I use braces so shoe function is what I look for period and the Xi elites are best out right now my opinionyou gonna roll your ankle in playing basketball regardless,,LOW,MID,HIGH or boots type of basketball shoes
Yup you can roll your ankle in literally any shoe you play in, at any time. Some shoes do offer more support than others though, that's for sure. But you can absolutely hurt yourself in anything, nothing gonna stop you from landing wrong

What is hyperfuse and what KB FK model uses it?Flyknit basketball shoes =/= Flyknit runners. It kinda defeats the purpose of having Flyknit when there's a layer of Hyperfuse under it.
Not sure what USW means but OK.USW, players do but I clearly stated I wear braces and the em versions are too flimsy to with hold the force I put into them, what happend in the em was that my foot came off the footbed too far due to the stretch that the sole of the 9s became like standing on the side of a brick popped on that particular side if I hadn't had a brace on it would have easily broke my foot. Do the kobe socks have his logo in them?
What is hyperfuse and what KB FK model uses it? People made Google for a reason so answers of whatever that means are irrelevant, as to saying it's a preference yes it is and personal evidence was stated, as a technical issue yeah I believe my foot coming off the footbed would be stated as so it's already been said a few times already every player is different from the explosive to the high jumpers to the light crafty players each player has specific needs and that's all that's been said for OUR personal needs. All that said I can't remember the last time I saw an elite player using an em kobe minus the 9s in the ncaa to
Not sure what USW means but OK.
I think its more of a preference thing for you not a technical issue/difference.
Hyperfuse is the material Nike uses now on most of their basketball shoes. Examples: Hyperfuse, Lebron 10, KD 6, etc. Kobe 9-11 has a layer of Hyperfuse underneath the Flyknit to keep it from tearing. What is hyperfuse and what KB FK model uses it?

Yeah exactly. Some shoes are built certain ways to add more support. Some shoes aren't build that way and therefore lack support. Also playing styles aren't meant for certain shoes. However, with all this being said, it is absolutely possible to hurt yourself in any shoe at any time, regardless of how much support or lack of support offered. So you're laughing bc I rolled my ankles in Kyries and I definitely think it was the shoe? I know you of all people are aware that the price point of these shoes are where they are for a reason. That carbon fiber piece on the X model that everybody hated was there for what? To help the shoe from rolling over and causing an ankle issue. The Kyries have nothing there. It's no fluke. As I stated, the Kyries weren't made for ME and the way I play! Yes anybody can roll an ankle at any time but certain shoes have things in place to help prevent that.
What would be funny about rolling an ankle. So you're laughing bc I rolled my ankles in Kyries and I definitely think it was the shoe? Carpe Diem lace swap from Eulogy. Should I lace swap or keep original?[/quote]
lace swap looks nice
You don't think some models work better than others? Or you think some models work for some and not for others?
What would be funny about rolling an ankle.
Im laughing at the logic/reasoning, 5 wears is really nothing when youve been wearing a different model for awhile. Most of what people battle is mental vs a true engineering flaw.
Why was the CF on the X; why did apple make new earbuds. Its all the same honestly.
I dont own any of the other models but I havent seen that on any KB FK based shoes.Hyperfuse is the material Nike uses now on most of their basketball shoes. Examples: Hyperfuse, Lebron 10, KD 6, etc. Kobe 9-11 has a layer of Hyperfuse underneath the Flyknit to keep it from tearing.
