Just got back from HoH SCP. There's definitely some shady business going on around there, but this is what I observed -- dude in front of me asked if it was raffle or FCFS and the employee said people here are strictly picking up their pair from the raffle earlier this week. As he turned around and was about to leave, another employee asked what size he's looking for and told him to wait in line. A few more guys asked other employees in the store and somehow made their way to the line. Of course, when it was time for me to ask what the deal is, they said those guys in front of me were the last to grab a pair.
