I love the XI. Way more casual friendly than the overrated IX and no frills all business X. Most people think I'm wearing trainer/runners when I'm rockin' my pairs. And the comfort is pretty good.

How is the durability of the outsole? No chipping or fading right? I'm thinking dyeing just the edge of the outsole is good enough. Kinda scared the dye won't cover up the black in the outsole or work with the glow sole since it's not clear. Any guinea pigs?

Went to ftl they only had .5^ avail. No tts. Tried them on and they had more toe room but the width was just right. Ther was no Kobe 11 in my tts to compare but if I don't find my true size, these will do. Gotta say these are beautiful. Don't think anybody has mentioned the swoosh is 3m.

This is going to sell, about 4 people at my local HoH were buying them, and the damn manager let a guy in early to buy a pair also. But I also am in California where there are a lot more Kobe fans than say the East coast.

Well I dyed a grey translucent. It should dye any color even white. Its just that white will look more pink than red. I doubt it would work on Black because the dye is translucent.

Ive never dyed the soles but I think it would yield better results than painted ones. Which in my experience does fade/chip etc after wearing them. I will suggest breakin them in before you customize them.

What exactly are you trying to do? When Im trying to cover up blk or a dark color, I use white then whatever color I want it to actually be

Whoever is in Toronto for ASW, the HOH on Yonge is doing some exclusive gear for this weekend only. They've got patches of Kobe, KD, LeBron, PG-13, and AD that you can get etched on a hoodie pullover or zip up and pants. Copped the Kobe and will post pics tonight.
