For me it's tighter and smaller then the VI. Less room to move around. It's not undoable and might loosen up as break in, but for me would def 1/2 size up from the VI. Hard to do when your size 13 though.

^ Again thanks for your replies. Very useful information. It seems everyone's foot runs differently. I have narrow to regular feet (not long at all in terms of length). Probably why I had to size down a 1/2 in the Kobe 9 EM Lows since length wise they are long. Just looking at photos the KD 7s they look kinda long. Hopefully next Saturday I'm able to try the KD 7s on. Only KD 7 on my must cop list is those Global Games. I'm a sucker for red. Side note those Beethoven Kobe 9 Lows are also a must cop.

You know, I washed the Large in cold water and air dried them to prevent shrinkage...they fit pretty well honestly. And I do like how they fit lower on my legs. If Nike would up their game on the quarter-length Elites, they'd have more of my money.I would've bought those socks if NDC would've carried them in an XL.
