I recall that there were four colorways of the XI Low in 2001. If I'm not mistaken, I think there was also a snakeskin version that came out that year. I believe 2001 was the first time low-top XI were available for retail.

I can't believe someone would overpay for some shoes that are over 26 years old and not wearable due to age. It's also interesting to see the patent leather cut on an original like this one is slightly lower than the height found on the pairs from 2016 to present.

It's basically an inevitable instant crumble/disintegration once it goes on feet and worn to walk on any surface type due to natural aging amplified by them not being worn at all for over 26 years.
