Finally got a pair

Although I never liked the XI Low IE, it's interesting that Luka Doncic got hooked up with one that has his logo on them.

In the new mold? Absolutely

I think it's inevitable that the Columbia XI will get re-released in the next few years since it was last rehashed in 2014.

I doubt I would be interested in the new mold version because I never even cared for the original from 1996. The eventual natural yellowing will also make me wary about having them.

I think that pair never appealed to me because Michael Jordan only wore it once that season in the 1996 NBA All-Star Game. It was all about the Black/Red & Concord pairs for me that season.

I'm glad you finally got a pair. You should end up liking them a lot I assume.

I'm happy they finally made that truly original version available for consumers. I'm glad I got mine on release day back in December 2016.

I wore the 2019 Black/Red XI for only the second time ever yesterday. I had to keep it 1996 with these shoes and the 1996 NBA Finals jersey.

Pulled these out today.

Call me crazy but I feel like my '11 Concords are a lil more comfortable than the new ones. The high cut patent leather makes the newer ones heavier and more stiff.
