Never pay via paypal. Always with your credit card. I had that issue with the Jordan 11 lows. Had 3 cancels and then used my CC and then it went through.

yeah the thing that sucks about finishline is paying for shipping...and with me being in cali, such a huge tax hike...i think it was about 184 shipped for me. 

this is when i wished i lived in oregon or pennslyvania! 

But then you would have to live in Oregon or Pennsylvania
