Clearance stores marked the Pippens with C, they are not C-grades....Also, the $1.75 extra charge was insurance added to the package. They told me they needed to add it for security reasons.
sounds reasonable, seeing how they didn't have a "cosmetic imperfection" stamp like B grades do
when I saw the C on the box I assumed that it was for that reason alone (footlocker does that when you use a discount)... then I saw it on the tongue and was thrown off
