Yall really think these dudes would be better if they had a strong coach? Im sure since Lebrons been like 3 hes picked his coaches, Dwade and Bosh had *#*% handed to them all the time. They just want to chill not compete, if thats the case they would have never agreed to play for coach "Spo" in the first place. These dudes dont want to be challenged in NTs words "They not about that life."

the only way the heat are gonna get BETTER is by trading either lebron or wade. they are the same type of players so they interfere with each others game. that's why wade does so well when lebron's not on the floor and vice versa.
they need a center that can play defense and grab boards like no other and a point guard that can shoot. i'd actually trade wade over lebron since he's injury prone and older, but it kinda sucks for that to happen lol.

These dudes just need to understand their roles/positions and start hitting jumpers.
From the games Ive seen theres a lot of confusion when it comes to determining who should be scoring and when. The "role players" dare not take a shot because they have two of the top players in the league floating around, lebron and wade dont want to seem like selfish allstars so when theyre both on the court they are constantly passing off the ball and the responsibility to the other one.. heat dont understand how to function properly with each other yet which is puzzling because they all seem to be so nonchalant about losing almost as if their calling Rileys bluff...unfortunate situation for coach Spo.
