I've been trying to eat better and cut calories to lose some weight and I've had a hard time finding a variety of foods to eat. I thought maybe wecould make a thread in which people share their own healthy recipes or post some good ones you've found online. This could be very beneficial for thoselike me trying to eat healthier. If this gets big enough I can collect all the recipes and add them to the first page so people don't have to go digging. If possible add to your post the amount of calories/fat/carbs/sugar/etc to your post to be more informative. I posted this here in S&T because I figuredsince a lot of you are athletes, you guys watch what you eat. Let's see how this works out. It's early out here on the west coast, how about we startwith breakfast. Anybody have any good breakfast ideas?

The breakdown varies depending obviously on the amount of oats you use (I don't measure out anymore) and the type of protein powder, plus some of myfriends substitute water for milk.

Very simplistic...partially because i'd rather spend the extra 5-10 minutes sleeping than actually cook a legit breakfast, but it gets the day startedright for me.

grilled chicken breasts, or baked chicken..

I buy this grilled chicken that is 26g protein and 1g of fat.. I forget the brand, but when I figure it out i'll tell you..
