was anyone else dumb enough to buy these? i picked these up the other night without checking out the reviews for them around the net. if i would have, i would have gone with another headset.

1. my ps3 (2nd gen) didn't read the usb adapter or it didn't recognize the headphones. i kept resetting the dongle and headphones, which did nothing.
2. the pulse app on the psn store wouldn't update the headphone's audio modes. it kept stopping the update at 88% or 89%.
3. the headphones went into a system update in process mode and stuck. i couldn't do anything with them after that.

i only got these things for gta online, and i couldn't even get them to work so i could start the game.

More clothing options would be dope, why not...story mode has plenty.

There's a good amount of clothes IMO.

You guys wanna do some real life grand theft auto? Here's a tip to get the Hotknife, Khamelion, and Carbon RS

1. Go to Legendary Motorsports website.

2. Click any car, then click the home button once you have clicked a vehicle.

3. Hover mouse over address bar, press O then X in succession. (B + A on XBOX)

4. Edit the vehicle number on the url in the address bar, it will be the number at the very end, EDIT ONLY THIS AND NOTHING ELSE . Change it to 28 for the Khameleon, 29 for the Hotknife 30 for the Carbon RS. so the URL will read xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxx28 or xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxx29 etc. Press enter.

5. Press the Home icon after changing the url.

6. Hover mouse over address bar, press O then X in succession. (B + A on XBOX)

7. Edit the end of the url in game after the / to say purchasecar. So the URL will read xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/purchasecar Press enter.

8. Enjoy your car

In case anyone is curious...

This car glitch does work... but only for The Khamelion, Hotknife, and the Carbon RS motorcycle...

If you enter the end-digits for a car that's already listed, and then do the '/purchasecar' step, then they'll make you pay for the vehicle...

The other thing is, those 3 cars can't be saved/stored in your garage...

You'll get a notice from Legendary Motorsport saying that you've purchased the car... then another that it's been dropped off in your garage, but when you check, it doesn't show up...

However, during online gameplay, you can call your mechanic and the cars will pop up on the list, and he can bring one to you...

Kinda sucks, but you cant complain too much over a free car...

i have this brand of headphones and the only problem i have is that it cuts off while im playing...

its usually during important times too, 100 bucks down the crapper.

i think mine are a step under the elite version which is what you have.

i have to play with the usb cable attached to the ps3 in order for it not to cut out.

I bought this headset earlier this year and I haven't had any problems so far.

when i did it for the khameleon i got the notification that it was dropped off at my garage, and when i went to go check it was actually there *shrug*

I had like 800k left yesterday. I bought 2 corvettes(I wanted the hard top one) modded out a futo only for it to actually sell after I tried doing the lsc glitch, about 100k at mors mutual, and spent the rest on rockets, stickies and clothes.

I have been looking at some of the player created content and there are alot of interesting new boards to try.
It would be fun to do some of em as a crew.

I guess I have so much good feedback that it will take forever to get into bad sport territory.
Blew up 4 or 5 dudes' cars yesterday.
Signed off for a little while and got back on and they gave me $2000 for continued good behavior.
