i just watched both scenes, i dont see any crow in the dany and drogon scene. but i guess any crow in that area would notice a bigass dragon there. cant really tell with the sansa + myranda scene either unless ur talking bout the crow sounds in the background. lol im sure bran knows whats going on tho.

If you go back and watch the season, several times when there's an important event or meeting (Dany and Drogon at the top of the pyramid; Sansa and Miranda first meeting) there's a crow perched somewhere in the background watching and observing. It happens often enough in enough important places that it's almost certainly not a coincidence.
